Wallpaper Returns

Wallpapers are made on demand and therefore not eligible for returns. We recommend ordering samples first.

Wallpapers can only be returned to us for refund or replacement if they are faulty. If your order arrives damaged in any way please get in touch at info@francescawild.com with detailed photos so we can resolve the issue.

You are entitled to cancel your order, providing your order has not been dispatched. If you do wish to cancel an order please notify us:

If for whatever reason you no longer want the item upon receiving it you have 14 calendar days to request a full refund.

However the buyer is liable for cost of the return postage. We advise using a tracked service.

Upon receipt of the returned item as long as the item has been unused with original packaging a full refund will be issued within 7days.
